And Now for Something Completely Different
Enough deep thinking, wouldn't you agree? Of course you do, because I say so. So shallowness is called for, and here it is. My hairstyle, for quite some time now, has been an ETD hair called Radiant. It's quite lovely and I've found that I had a real hard time wearing my hair any other way. I've gone with my hair down, short, long, funky (rat-head, I've been called), but once I found Radiant, I was done. This is it:

Well all of that changed yesterday. I wasn't particularly looking for new hair, but I was bored. I went to GuRL6, a place I'd not visited before. There's a lot of nice stuff there. I've not owned anything but ETD hair, because nothing compared to ETD. But this style really struck me. It's flexi, something I'd not really much cared about, but a neat feature. And best of all, color changing. I didn't even realize it was color changing when I bought it, but joy! You'll notice the similarity in the hairstyles, no doubt. I do like that style. Anyway, here's the new me:

So for all of you out there, I highly recommend ETD for your hair needs, and now GuRL6 as well.
Perfect! I know Danielle swears by GuRL 6 hair…and the style I wear with “Default Erbo 2.0″ is also a GuRL 6 design (albeit one for men). Hopefully you will find other styles there that strike your fancy, too; Six has approximately a crapload of them.
Hawt. And more purple.
There’s nothing like a little frivolity after a spate of seriousness! I think I should take that advice myself.
Oh, and I love the new hair.
Love it, work it, own it!
Ack! You’re forcing me to make ANOTHER comment! Grr! This will be the last blog post I read, honest!
I just need to say that you made an excellent choice with GuRL 6!
They were one of the first sponsors for SecondFortune that Reina was able to get!
So, I can’t wait to see you in it
I posted about Gurl6 quite a while ago, Mera. *arms crossed, foot tapping, stern look on face*
This proves that you don’t read SLI! You don’t love me anymore! *wailing, running away in tears*
…
*runs back* Forgot my backpack. *runs off, sobbing*
Ok, for the record. I didn’t say I’d never *heard* of GuRL6 before. I said I’d never shopped there before. Sheesh. It’s not like I *just* arrived in SL. And since my Radiant hair, I wasn’t really in the market for hairstyles, it was only happenstance that I popped into her place this time around. Maybe it was on a recommendation from SLI. Nah, couldn’t have been that.
Oh yeah, there’s this cool place called, *PREEN*. Have you heard of it? There’s some neat stuff there.
Oh, I didn’t think you’d never heard of it before, Mera…just, as you said, that you might not be a regular shopper there. I posted what I did more to encourage you to keep looking through their humongous selection…
You might not have been aware of Six’s blog, though. (I actually ran across it when I was searching for examples of Second Life businesses that used blogs, as an argument for convincing Danielle to establish the Spira Enterprises group blog for the Cutlass Club. Needless to say, she was convinced.
)
Rat-head
Oh that wasn’t directed at you, Erbo. Akela wanted to play the hurt card, so I played the sarcastic card. I’ve been in GuRL6 before, albiet it’s been a long time, and I do read Six’s blog on occasion.
